TikTok's warm-up campaign before LIVE Fest: "Sign up, go LIVE, and post videos daily for a chance to score an invite to the red carpet event." Takeover points don't carry over to LIVE Fest.
How points work
- 1 Diamond = 1 point
- 1 Heart Me = 100 points
- 1 view on a post with #FestTakeover = 1 point
- Daily and weekly missions = Extra points
x2 points: Heart Me, Gold Boxing Gloves, Money Gun, Crystal Crown, TinyDiny morning, Interstellar.
Red carpet invites
The top 3 creators on the Overall leaderboard and the top 3 on the Viewers leaderboard can get an invite to TikTok's Regional Red Carpet Event. Terms apply. Viewers must pass Community Guidelines and TikTok's internal review.
Creators also have weekly missions for their tier (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), with a weekly Diamond Split Prize of 70K, 60K, 50K or 40K diamonds.
Post your video
A #FestTakeover video is part of the daily missions, and every view on it is a point. Use TikTok's official CapCut template and add #FestTakeover #LIVEFest2026.

Viewer missions
Viewers earn points too. Every Heart Me you send a creator is 100 points for them.
